Description
Originally from Morgantown, WV, Matt first fell in love with the Carolinas while visiting as a child. He always dreamed of living in Charleston and his acceptance to Charleston School of Law gave him the opportunity to move away from his hometown and begin a life in beautiful and historic Charleston. While in law school, Matt became interested in Property Law and Contracts Law and decided to focus his attention on building his real estate career.
Matt is incredibly driven and enjoys helping clients navigate the intricacies of the buying and selling process. He is ambitious with great attention to detail and his goal for his clients is to make it a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
In his free time, Matt enjoys watching sports of nearly all types, playing golf at the many courses in the Charleston area, cooking, eating at the incredible local restaurants, photography, and relaxing near Pitt St. Bridge, Shem Creek, and Sullivan’s Island.

There are nothing but good things to say about working with Matt on my first home purchase. I moved almost 700 miles from Pennsylvania so I wasn’t able to view potential homes myself. He was patient and always fast to respond any time I reached out. In the beginning Matt provided a lot of great options from the areas I was looking. Once I found a place I was interested in he was always willing to do a video walk through usually on short notice. He was a great help with insurance and inspections as well. I have family here and he also met with them to do a final walk through which was nice. After settling on a place he was extremely helpful throughout the closing process. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor and I’m very happy with my new home in North Charleston.
