I am a real estate expert with The Cassina Group, LLC. I focus primarily on sales on the Charleston peninsula, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, Sullivan's Island, Daniel Island, and Isle of Palms. I have been successfully selling residential real estate full time for 24 years. I have had the honor of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years. Making and maintaining relationships through my business motivates me. I have been licensed in the beautiful states of North Carolina, Colorado, and South Carolina. I hold CRS and SFR designations. I hold a BA degree from the University of Georgia, Grady School of Journalism, in Public Relations/Marketing. I feel privileged to work for The Cassina Group, where we all love what we do and who we work with. We are fortunate to provide cutting edge technology, which ultimately makes searching simple for our buyers and provides maximum exposure for our sellers!
During my 25 year real estate career, I have bought and sold 12 personal homes. I have renovated most of them, so I like to think I have an eye for opportunity and improvement. I enjoy helping my clients with vision, enabling them to find and create their dream home.
A native Charlottean, I moved to Mount Pleasant in 2004. My entrepreneur husband,Trey, our 2 beautiful children, and our 2 dogs adore living next to Shem Creek. In my spare time you can find me in the yoga studio, on a paddle board, on a boat, on the beach, dining with friends, or at home with my family.
I love where I live. I love everything this city has to offer...a rich culture, an amazing history, beautiful architecture, endless beauty, perfect beaches, outdoor activities galore, mind boggling arts, an amazing culinary scene, and just great people. Helping people make the Charleston area their home makes me happy.
Whether you are searching for a second home on Charleston's fabled peninsula, need to sell a property on one of our beautiful beaches, or looking to relocate your family to one of the Lowcountry
